In May of 2022 one of my TikTok videos about ADHD went viral. Ever since then, I get asked almost every day "How do I go about getting a diagnosis?"
 
The frustrating thing is - there is NO clear way of getting a diagnosis. ADHD is still wildly misunderstood (particularly for anyone who isn't a 5 year old white cis-male).
 
Enter: A quick reference guide to getting an ADHD diagnosis. This is far from exhaustive and I will do my best to update as more information becomes available. 
 
This is a reference and NOT for diagnositc purposes. This is a tool for you to find support on your journey to getting a medical diagnosis.
